I feel compelled to add my two cents here because as her son I have a unique perspective on how my Mom conducts her business. When I take my wife and daughter "home" to the North Shore and get together with my Mom, at a restaurant or on a hike, I am astounded at the number of people who stop her to say hello. I have to build in an extra 30-60 minutes wherever we go to allow for this phenomenon. I have no clear sense if the people she talks to are clients or friends. I assume that most started as the former and have become the latter..."
